An Inside Look At My Everyday Eats


I get a ton of questions about what I eat on a daily basis. My friends and clients want to know how I stay healthy even with a busy schedule. So, I thought I would share with you all here. Q: What is a typical breakfast for you? A: Most days I like to start my day with a protein smoothie, and I like to add a lot of greens to it (mmm kale!). I always feel better when I start my day with some protein- it keeps me full and helps to prevent sugar cravings throughout the day.
